French airspace: monthly update #156

Altering the link to the French airspace file to account for its monthly update.

Note: I supposed that opening an issue was not necessary. Please, correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah, for this type of regular maintenance we don't open issues. No harm done though.

If you (or someone else) ever open an issue and (you or someone else) then follow up with a PR, one can write "Closes #156" where the number is the issue number in the PR text when opening it. This will automatically reference and close the related issue when the PR is merged.
