Change to http://download.xcsoar.org links and update non-HighRes links

The fails are for some special waypoint files, not the changes I made in maps.

1) TBG_SingleSeater_tomorrow.cup
2) TBG_AirportDetails_SingleSeater_tomorrow.txt
