Update Australia airspace #223

The current URL returns 404 and is outdated regardless.

The test fails because other Airspaces have now become unavailable (BELLUX). I'm contacting the maintainer of the website to see if we can retain older versions of the files @lordfolken What could be a possible plan forward to avoid this? Maybe leaving the last 2 versions of the file on the soaringweb.org server? Should I meanwhile also fix the 2 affected airspaces?

@elgandoz actually i rather it fails when its not available. Its really the only way we know that a new file is available. (Although there is a changelog in case of soaringweb.)
