Server crashes when linking to a new world with OTG/BiomeBundle installed #299

As the title says. The crash occurs upon first linking to the world, and happens in almost every case. Rarely, a working world can be generated (we had one that was an ocean of nothing but lava), but more often the server crashes immediately. The server can only be recovered by deleting the dimension directory associated with the world.

The issue is something to do with OTG or Biome Bundle compatibility, since after removing only these files, I become unable to reproduce the issue.

Confirm problem exists. Same minecraft, mystcraft, otg and forge versions. Without OTG everything is ok. crash.txt
