Receive SGM from JHU #5

igraph with sgm added was delivered to KVis by JHU on 2/11/15. This doesn't do LARGE graphs (hence not LSGM, just SGM), but it will work for integraiton.

LSGM prototype in matlab was delivered to KVis by JHU on 2/11/15. Mostly working in Octave. Octave was missing kmeans.m, procrustes.m and normr.m. Lee from JHU added kmeans, so the method runs to completion, but doesn't offer correct results yet.

Igraph version is integrated and running in a tangelo-based app and processing real-world social network data.
