Restrict graph data and twitter list to geographic region

Perhaps add a checkbox on the panel title bar that says "Only in window" which would filter the results based on the visible area of the map.

Is this a database query or client filtering? I can see utility in both but the latter sounds much easier.

I was thinking of client filtering. A number of users would have liked to constrain the message list based on what they were looking at.

This is maybe a little like #161. Somehow constraining searches on smaller geographic regions was important to some users.
