Upgrade to latest Mojolicious (CPAN).

Mojolicious::Commands::start is DEPRECATED in favor of 
Mojolicious::Commands::start_app at run.pl line 75.

Mojolicious::Routes::namespace is DEPRECATED in favor of 
Mojolicious::Routes::namespaces at ../lib/Catz/App.pm line 90.

Mojo::Util::html_escape is DEPRECATED in favor of Mojo::Util::xml_escape at 
template block/find.html.ep line 1.

prod first run: All tests successful. Files=23, Tests=9564, 65 wallclock secs ( 
0.90 usr  0.09 sys + 55.78 cusr  1.92 csys = 58.69 CPU) Result: PASS

prod second run: All tests successful. Files=23, Tests=9588, 43 wallclock secs 
( 0.89 usr  0.08 sys + 37.17 cusr  1.54 csys = 39.68 CPU) Result: PASS
