Implement Team Creation and Management for Students

Objective: Enable teachers to create teams of students within a course and manage team-related functionalities.

Functionalities:

Team Creation:

• Develop endpoints for teachers to create, read, update, and delete teams within a course.
• Allow specifying team names and assigning students to teams.

Team Grading:

• Implement functionality to grade assignments based on team performance.
• Allow teachers to assign grades to entire teams, aggregating individual contributions as needed.

Team Mentorship:

• Enable assignment of team mentors (teachers) from the course's list of teachers.
• Provide APIs to update or change team mentors.

Security Considerations:

• Ensure that only Teachers associated with the course can create and manage teams.
