Create API to Assign Team Mentors from Course Teachers

Objective: Allow Teachers to assign or reassign team mentors from the pool of course teachers.

Functionalities:

Mentor Assignment:

• Develop endpoints for assigning a mentor to a team.
• Allow selecting a mentor from the list of teachers associated with the course.

Reassignment Functionality:

• Enable changing the mentor of a team if needed.
• Ensure that previous mentors are notified of their reassignment status.

Validation:

• Ensure that only valid teachers can be assigned as mentors.
• Prevent assigning the same mentor to multiple teams if desired.

Security Considerations:

• Ensure that only Teachers with appropriate permissions can assign mentors.
