Header overlap issue fix and header theming via child page components #24

This PR addresses the header overlap issue, and also adds in the ability to theme the #site and the header/main/footer elements via classes which can be passed in via the page components. This also removes the Merriweather font from the index.html file and has some other tweaks to add utility classes for negative margins and zindex
