If @feigaodm will merge, I can begin simulating with these conditions for systematic bias checks.
FYI, we've extended SR1 to Jan. 31, 2018, and AP rates continue to increase as shown at this week's operations telecon (in particular, PMT 87 showed a large spike since Nov.).
@CaptainCooper @mcfatelin: Would be nice to have a .ini corresponding to this latest end-date of SR1 for completeness. According to @jhowl01's studies, it seems to be the driving systematic in some regions.
@pdeperio @mcfatelin All AP results can be found under /project/lgrandi/pmt_calibration/PMTAfterpulse/bin/Results/SR1/ (weekly until 26.01.18 / Run_16347)
There're requests from RPI sprint that we shall be able to check the systematics of the waveform simulation from PMT after pulse model. We are aware that the PMT after pulses are evolving over time. In this PR, the PMT after pulse models from the beginning/middle/end of the SR1 are added, so that various analyses can be checked of the systematics by choosing different PMT after pulse models.
The PMT after pulse models are from Julien's study. The models are based on LED calibrations that are listed below:
