Delete old useless net files.
Upload new net for SR2 (first two month)
- The run number can be found on the hax PR: https://github.com/XENON1T/hax/pull/258

This files uploaded in this PR has python version problem or format, I remember that we need @feigaodm 's help to force merge it to master.
