link SR1 config to updated afterpulse config #51

Qing made the PMT afterpulse configs SR-dependent as well, and linked to it on the SR0 version but not here. This fixes that, symmetric with this line.

Already in https://github.com/XENON1T/processing/pull/50 (was waiting for pax merge), but change the comment there like here
