Save primary particle positions #56

What is the problem / what does the code in this PR do

Positions of the primary particles from G4 are recorded in the output instructions.

Can you give a minimal working example (or illustrate with a figure)?

The notebook linked below can be used for tests. Requirements:

Just make sure that both of these PRs are merged together. The epix update uses the updated instructions type from the WFSim update.

Thanks, that's why I was linking the PR in WFSim. We will have a new release in both ends 👍
