Upload outsource to pypi #183

Describe the requested feature

Some transformations like https://github.com/XENONnT/outsource/blob/7a2e726be97ba1f97010d44f0c2d685a49ef84fd/outsource/workflow/process.py#L13 need to import outsource. But since outsource is not upload to pypi so not in software environment https://github.com/XENONnT/base_environment we currently install it by hand https://github.com/XENONnT/outsource/blob/7a2e726be97ba1f97010d44f0c2d685a49ef84fd/outsource/submitter.py#L353.

We should upload it to pypi.

We should delete https://github.com/XENONnT/outsource/tree/7a2e726be97ba1f97010d44f0c2d685a49ef84fd/log_digest first.
