Support autoincrement #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MDB auto increments are NOT converted to SQLite autoincrements

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An SQL create statement w/ "autoincrement"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0
Linux OS

Patch could be very similar like attached
