[Feature]: Interior, or Centered, Frame Slope and Diagonal Panel Variant

Describe the feature

Apologies if already requested, but the basic idea would be the Framed Slope block with the Framed Slope Edge shape removed from the full corner to create a diagonal, thick 'wall' used for adding depth to diagonal shapes

Desired result would be this trapezoid shape in the terracotta, primarily useful to me as a thicker glass 'wall': https://i.imgur.com/L0qU7Ay.png

A variant of the Sloped Stairs that have 2 tone matching the diagonals of the Double Slopes would also be beneficial :)

Edit: It occurs to me that having the ability to 'carve out' a shape via a tool while holding the desired 'void' shape in the offhand might be an interesting addition as well, somewhat like the deforming block but with more structure, but that does sound complex XD

I like the "diagonal" panel idea, I'll add that to the planned blocks. The "double" sloped stairs are already planned, see #368
