To make it clearer, can delete result returning diragram.

Issue is unclear on what "result returning diagram" refers to. If the tester is referring to removing the return results, it is also unclear how that will significantly improve the clarity of the diagram since there are only 4 return results being passed back that are indicated on the diagram, hence the change to very low severity.
