In shift command, it should also indicate that role input is also case-insensitive because in app, it is case-insensitive.

Team's Response

Severity changed from low to very low as it does not hinder the usage of the command. The shift-add command itself would still work perfectly fine in all cases, whether or not the user treats a role as case-insensitive. Bug type changed to documentation bug as this is related to the shift command section of the UG.
