Confusing message returned #8

I want to assign two jobs in the same time slot to one worker. But why it returns this message? This assignment does not appear actually.

Team's Response

This is the intended behaviour. As seen in the screenshot of our UG below, a worker can only be assigned to one role in a shift. Here, Alex Yeoh is already assigned the role of Chef in the MON AM shift. Therefore, your command to assign him the role of Janitor in the same shift is invalid.

Reason for disagreement: I understand the group's meaning. But when I used the app, my understanding is that this assignment means the assignment that current operation represents. However, it does not exist. Instead, what exists is that the worker has been assigned one job to at the same time so it cannot be assigned another job to. So using "this assignment has already existed" may not be understandable. It can be replaced as "The worker has been assigned the job to." which is much clearer than current confusing statement.
