Old GeForce Experience times out. New doesn't and works fine. If it fixable somehow? #106

OK this one is weird. When I had my 3090 RTX, I could update Moonlight and use it with GeForce Experience 3.23.1.8. And since I upgraded to a 4090 RTX, I get a timeout all the time when trying to connect.

As stated in the title, everything works fine with the latest GeForce Experience version.

Why do I use GFE 3.23.1.8? Because this is the latest one without DRM so I can stream Netflix, Prime, etc to my Switch without having a black screen. I also can record gameplay when I'm working on my game (ie: To check frame by frame what's happening) while listening to Spotify. This is not possible anymore because of the DRM.

That said, I wanted to know if anything changed in Moonlight across versions that could cause the app to timeout with an older GFE version but work just fine with the latest ones.

Hi, all I could to suggest you is to move from GFExperience onto Sunshine Server in case GFE streaming functionality was discontinued by Nvidia so Moonlight is now better to run with Sunshine. If you'll have more questions feel free to ask, but better ask in Discord community if it's not Switch related stuff
