[Feature Request] Disable scroll by sticks if touchscreen mode enabled #171

Hello, when using touchscreen mode, currently there is no way to use the analog sticks and touch the screen at the same time, as the sticks change to work as scrollwheels.

Implemented in v1.2.0 Gamepad will no longer assist with mouse input if touchscreen mode enabled
