Controllers rumble non-stop if connected wirelessly prior to launching Moonlight-Switch #176

This affects both the Pro Controller and Joy-Cons, does not happen if the controllers are connected (or Joy-Cons are detached) after launching. It can be fixed by reconnecting the affected controllers or returning home, then switching back.

Update: as of v1.2.0, this issue is still present.
