(character): Add support for reaper and sage #19

The launch of Endwalker/6.0 has bought with it two new jobs, reaper and sage, we need to support them.

Use Case

As a consumer of the lodestone library I want to know the levels of reaper and sage that characters have achieved.

Proposed Solution

Add reaper and sage to existing jobs object.
