(character): Remove parsing of waist gear #20

The introduction of Shadowbringers/6.0 has brought about the removal of waist gear (belts). We should stop parsing them

Use Case

As a consumer of the lodestone module I do not want to be presented with incorrect information or errors if the module tries to parse a piece of gear that no longer exists.

Proposed Solution

Remove support for waist gear
