Too large memory and type unsupport for hd5.

There is uncertain result when using SpiralIO function. Too large memory is used and hd5 file seems unable to strore > C80.

• [x] Merge workstream of SpiralIO and CSI. Make SpiralIO to a hidden function.
• [x] Raise a warning for SpiralIO function.
