It seems you are using tunnelling, but get an IA of 15.15.2 which is kind of awkward. In an average installation I would expect 1.0.x or 1.1.x. So first thing I'd do is check your interfaces settings and if its tunnel endpoint addresses are set correctly.
Since 12.4, numerous connection losses have suddenly occurred.
I'm not sure what 12.4 is here... are you having issues since last December? Regardless, there have not been any changes to anything knx connection related, and there have not been other issues raised. So I guess it has to be something related to your network / interface specifically.
