Clarify that the non-code language name is at the user's discretion #242

Hello,

in the doc https://xlsform.org/en/#multiple-language-support , it is recommended to use the language codebook from Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) -

Using this recommendation, for instance here Spanish would then be label::Spanish (es) - but in the same page all over the document , we can see label::Español (es)

Which one is the best one? what the pros and cons for the different option?

That's a good question! The part before the parentheses is meant to be displayed to people who use your form. It's up to you what makes the most sense there for your context. The code in the parentheses is the only part that needs to be standard from the provided list.

We can make that more clear.
