Current Behavior

no provider to transaction #build,but transaction data was bit suffcient to build offline.

Expected Behavior

redeem token on sui

Steps To Reproduce

Go to portal bridge > resume transaction select base Paste in 0xc0ea0d285886210f0f238dec3b38e212e740c9a4 click search button click view on Wormholescan click find redeem click resume transaction click recover click redeem
