[bug] Cannot scroll "Privacy Policy" page to top #1084

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Cannot scroll "Privacy Policy" page to top. Please use this link to view the recording.

Expected Behavior

Page is well scrollable.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open https://preview.portalbridge.com/b1f3c5115d/
  2. Click on "Privacy Policy" link
  3. Select any section in "Table of Contents", in my case "Children's privacy"
  4. Scroll to top

Environment

- OS: macOS Sonoma 14.5
- Wallet: - 
- Browser: Google Chrome Version 128.0.6613.120 (Official Build) (arm64)

Issue is no longer reproducible on https://preview.portalbridge.com/b1f3c5115d/#/privacy-policy/ and https://portalbridge.com/#/privacy-policy/.
