[bug] terra classic redeem returns 404 for old terra txs

Current Behavior

• currently old txs can not be recovered

Expected Behavior

• user be able to recover a operation for old transactions

possible workaround:

• for 404 error returned by public lcd
• use a query on terra finder to get the info and with the info (token bridge address, sequence number and chain id), search for the vaa on wormhole scan

Hello @sebastianscatularo Regarding the first user issue, there were two transactions involved actually; Terra -> BNB and BNB -> ETH.
