[bug] Failure to detect metamask on Firefox #567

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When using Firefox, installed metamask is not detected. Detects fine in Edge/Chrome. This is true for both the standard and advanced UI, in advanced it also fails to detect any injected in Firefox.

Expected Behavior

Expect Metamask to be detected.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Install Firefox on Windows 10.
  2. Install Metamask
  3. Open portalbridge.com
  4. Verify metamask is not detected
  5. Go to advanced tools UI
  6. Verify metamask is also not detected

Environment

- OS: Windows 10
- Wallet: Metamask
- Browser: Firefox latest version
