Googling a little bit, seems the issue is related to Algorand itself, check this reddit post:

"This happens when typically the stored files in the browser memory are deleted. You need to reset your wallet and reconnect it to the Ledger."

@sebastianscatularo The user doesn't have Ledger wallet, and the issue still exists.

the workaround should apply even if the user does not use a Ledger, the have to re-import his account, also could try to execute it in an incognito window
