[New Chain Support] Add Blast Support to Portal May 15

Portal go live support for Blast May 15 (with standard routes minus to/from wUSDC/WETH, ETH, STETH, USDC, USDT, Dai)

Tasks

• [ ] - enable Blast at connect
• [ ] - configure Connect to do not allow transfer from the given list
• [x] - add support to advanced tools to register tokens
