[bug] "Manual Bridge" route remains disabled after network is changed #988

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

"Manual Bridge" route remains disabled after network is changed.

Expected Behavior

"Manual Bridge" route can be selected.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open https://preview.portalbridge.com/859350d189/
  2. Prepare to send 0.000533 WETH (Base) from Base (MetaMask) to Solana (Phantom, account address entered manually)
  3. Change destination chain to Celo
  4. Check Manual Bridge route option

Environment

- OS: macOS Sonoma 14.5
- Wallet: MetaMask, Phantom
- Browser: Google Chrome Version 127.0.6533.89 (Official Build) (arm64)
