[bug] "Manual Bridge" route should be not available when "To" section is filled first and wallet address is entered manually #989

Current Behavior

"Manual Bridge" route option can be selected.

Expected Behavior

"Manual Bridge" option should be disabled.

Steps To Reproduce

Open https://preview.portalbridge.com/859350d189/
Select Fantom as destination chain and manually enter MetaMask wallet account
Select Avalanche as source chain and connect MetaMask wallet
Select AVAX asset and enter Amount 0.007
Check if "Manual Bridge" option is disabled

Environment

- OS: macOS Sonoma 14.5
- Wallet: MetaMask 
- Browser: Google Chrome Version 127.0.6533.89 (Official Build) (arm64)

Issue is no longer reproducible on https://preview.portalbridge.com/859350d189/. "Manual Bridge" route is not available when "To" section is filled first and wallet address in entered manually. Ticket is closed.
