Create Attestation UI for Attestation VAAs

User Story

As a bridge user, I want to be able to send a token for the first time using an attestation VAA so that I can ensure that when I send the token to a destination it arrives without issue.

Acceptance Criteria

• When a token is attempting to be transferred for the first time, an Attestation VAA flow must be triggered
• An informative text must indicate to the user that this process is required to ensure the correct transfer of funds for the first time
• Details for the attestation VAA transfer and output must be summarized once the attestation is done
• Upon finishing the attestation process, the user should be redirected back to the start of the normal transfer process
• Throughout the attestation process, each step must show active visualization to demonstrate the process is moving forward
