Expand "others" chain category to filter cross chain activity (Sankey chart)

User Story As a user, I want to be able to see Injective's (or any other blockchain that is grouped in "other") cross chain activity with the breakdown by chain, so that I can see how many transactions and volume is going in or out of Injective.

Acceptance Criteria

• Other category, when selected, will expand.
• Be able to view Injective (as an example) as a source, and the outflows to the different chains
• Be able to view Injective as the destination, and the inflows from the different chains
