Add React Error Boundary #221

This is something that needs to be defined inside the react-code-base, like an error handler in case of the app crash we can display some kind of message or anything else.

FYI: @valentinoConti, what do you think?

If you want to see the error design, you can use requestly with something like this (only on the txs page. changing the other endpoints the application no longer explodes)
