Description

As an explorer user with little experience, I want to have more clarity on how the Wormhole stats chart is being reported to find more value in the data presented.

Acceptance Criteria

• Should add a tooltip for the stats that bring through api/v1/scorecards
• Should update the titles

1. Current: Wormholes Stats -> Wormhole Network Stats

2. Current: Total Txn -> "Token Bridge Txns (All-time)"/ Tooltip Text: Total number of transactions for asset bridging since the network's creation (excludes Pyth and other messages)

3. Current: 24h Txs -> "Token Bridge Txns (24 h)"/ Tooltip text: number of transaction bridging assets in the last 24 hours. (does not include Pyth or other messages)

4. Current 24h messages -> Total messages Sent (24h)/Tooltip text: messages transferred in the past 24 hours.

5. Current: TVL -> "Token Bridge TVL "/ Tooltip text: Total USD value locked in token bridge contracts

6. Current: Total Volume -> Token Bridge Volume (All-Time)/ Tooltip text: all-time total volume transferred through the token bridge in USD.

7. Current: 24h Volume (USD) -> Token Bridge Volume (24h)/ Tooltip text: volume transferred through the token bridge in the last 24 hours, in USD.

Note: "total_message" is a new one, that will be added in this task -> https://github.com/wormhole-foundation/wormhole-explorer/issues/783

Please, make the following changes:

• The tooltip icons should go to the right (See with @Gpluv )
• Messages sent -> Messages
• Txns(All-time) -> Total transactions made since the creation of the network (Excludes Pyth and other messages)
