VAAs requested for wormhole transactions #266

As a Wormhole retail user, I want to be able to see if VAAs had to be created for a wormhole transaction so I can identify them easily with proper labels.

Acceptance criteria

If a wormhole transaction was created by requesting VAAs, they should be labeled as Wormhole VAAs in the tx detail
Wormhole VAA label added to the relaying step

@SamantaCasal unfortunately I dont remember this ticket. lets deprioritize for now
