Statuses for token bridge VAAs #267

As a wormhole retail user, I want to be able to see lifecycle diagrams from VAA requested from token bridge contracts so that I can see their statuses.

Acceptance criteria

VAAs requested from the Token Bridge contracts should present a Lifecycle Diagram including the most relevant data about the transfer and four statuses:
“Transaction Confirmed”,
“Held by Governor”,
“Attestation Created”, and
“Transfer Complete”.

This is an enhancement to add more details to the page. will need design work. Not sure how best we can show those details in a timeline view or if we should represent it in another way.

I'd validate it first to see if this is pragmatically useful for people to know. as in I can see this being useful if it stops at any of these statuses, or if we are able to show these statuses elsewhere to assist with troubleshooting
