Change the explorer for SEI transactions #406

Description

  1. We are currently using https://sei.explorers.guru/ to display SEI transactions, however, https://www.seiscan.app/pacific-1 offers a better experience for viewing such transactions.
  2. The Tx Hash and Gateway Tx Hash are reversed.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Use https://www.seiscan.app/pacific-1 and https://www.seiscan.app/atlantic-2 on Mainnet for transactions carried out on testnet.

  2. In the image example: Tx Hash should be: D7F89C85257DBC51CEF52B51811DF6A8825E12A0E5D7E10B064E9E30FAB4A41D and should redirect to the transaction detail in seiscan

Gateway Tx Hash should be: 12495aaf022eac7ccb2e8d3dd4cb670baf0cef1643d27ced7f6fa4e0cd708405 which corresponds to the wormchain txHash.
