Description

Design and implement a banner on womholescan.io that prompts users to explicitly accept our Terms of Service.

Requirement

[x] Defining Banner Text: Draft clear and concise text for the banner, informing users about the necessity to accept the TOS and guiding how to do so. @mliu-xlabs
TEXT: This website is designed to enhance your experience. By continuing to use this site, you consent to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
[x] Banner Design: Create a visually appealing banner that fits the website's/application's overall design. Acceptance criteria

The banner must have the design specified in the figma.
The banner should be displayed every time the user enters the page
From "Terms of Use and Privacy Policy" it should have the link style and redirect to a new tab.

@mliu-xlabs Regarding the banner text about privacy policies. We need to update the text, because we are not using cookies and the current one says"This website uses cookies to improve your experience. By continuing to use this website, you agree to its and Privacy Policy." I suggest something like "This website is designed to enhance your experience. By continuing to use this site, you consent to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy." How about?

If we're not going to use cookies then that's great. One question, are we going to have Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as different links (2 links)? Usually ToU and PP are separate things. @SamantaCasal

@SamantaCasal The task is blocked because it doesn't make sense for the user to accept privacy policies they can't see. However, if they want us to display it anyway, we can, but the privacy policies in the banner won't be a link since we don't have it yet.
