Improve Wormhole Stats Section

Description

Today we are showing tooltips with the concepts of each metric, however, we must improve these concepts so that they are more understandable for the user.

Changes

Modify:

The portal logo above the section
Remove "PORTAL TOKEN BRIDGE"
Change TVS to TVL
Move 24h Volume & All-time volume over to the Portal section
Make the Wormhole ‘messages sent’ 24h and all-time somewhat more visually prominent, perhaps a ‘top of page’ element before we start moving into Portal metrics.

NOTE: TXNS ALL TIME (total_tx_count) andTXS 24H are discarded because these metrics confuse users because they do not include Pyth messages and only consider that transaction with an identifiable token price. Tooltip texts: FYI: @giulianoconti ALL-TIME MESSAGES: Total messages sent since the creation of the network. (Includes Pyth messages) 24 h MESSAGES: Number of messages sent in the last 24 hours (includes Pyth messages)

PORTAL TOOLTIPS TEXTS still the same
