Changes
Add an external link icon to redirect the user to wormhole.com, which could be like this:
Acceptance criteria:
The logo still redirects to the Explorer home page
The user should be redirected to the Wormhole page when clicking over the icon.
The icon should net to the Wormhole logo aligned
Portal Bridge. should be removed
The Tools section should be next to transactions, so the new order should be TRANSACTIONS, TOOLS, NETWORK
