Description:

This task involves a comprehensive redesign of the WormholeScan footer to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Key changes include the incorporation of the Wormhole logo within the footer area, and the organization of footer content into two main columns titled "Community" and "Company." Each column should contain specific links related to their headings, with a special emphasis on creating an attractive and prominent design for the "Submit your Protocols" section, which should link to the protocol submission form.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Wormhole Logo Placement: Ensure the Wormhole logo is visibly placed within the footer, serving as a brand reinforcement element.
2. Footer Columns Creation: The footer must be organized into two main columns with the following information and links:
   • Community Column:
     • Discord: Link to Wormhole's Discord
     • X (Twitter): Link to Wormhole's Twitter page
     • GitHub: Link to Wormhole Foundation's GitHub page
     • Blog: Link to the Wormhole blog
   • Company Column:
     • About Us: Link to the 'About Us' page
     • Careers: Link to the careers page
     • Our Work: Link to the 'Our Work' page
     • Provide Feedback: Link to the feedback form
     • Terms of Use: Link to the Terms of Use page
3. Submit your Protocols Section: This section should be designed to stand out attractively and be linked to the protocol submission form, encouraging user interaction.
4. Design Consistency: The redesign should adhere to WormholeScan's existing design language, including typography, color palette, and UI elements, to maintain a cohesive look and feel across the platform.
5. Responsive Design: The footer must be responsive, ensuring it looks and functions well on devices of all sizes, from desktops to mobile phones.
