Add "Blast" to the List of Chains for Filtering Options #658

Description As a user I want to be able to filter transactions made from/to Blast

Acceptance Criteria

"Blast" Should Be Available as a Filtering Option in the Chain List.

Ok in Mainnet

It seems in Testnet, that the chain hasn't been added
