Integrate X Layer into Supported Chains in UI

Description:

Integrate the X Layer into the supported chains in the UI. This involves ensuring that the X Layer is displayed with its logo and name across all views, including the chain filter in the transaction list. Additionally, in the transaction details, the transactions should link to the respective explorer for the X Layer. The integration should be done for both testnet and mainnet environments.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. UI Integration:

   • The X Layer is displayed with the correct logo and name in all relevant views.
   • The logo is sourced from OKX Resources.

2. Transaction Details:

   • Transactions on the X Layer link to the respective explorers.
   • Mainnet transactions link to X Layer Mainnet Explorer.
   • Testnet transactions link to X Layer Testnet Explorer.

3. Chain Filter Integration:

   • The X Layer is added to the chain filter in the transaction list.
   • Users can filter transactions by the X Layer in the transaction list.

4. Network Integration:

   • The integration is implemented for both testnet and mainnet.
   • Use the provided Chain ID 37 from the Wormhole Foundation SDK.

5. Testnet Contracts:

• The following testnet contracts are correctly configured:
