[BUG] Sankey Chart UI Broke whit All-Time filter #682

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://wormholescan.io/#/
  2. On the Sankey chart click on Transactions
  3. Select Target
  4. Click to see the second page
  5. Observe the target list

Expected Behavior

There should be a third page to show the other chains.
